It’s hard to believe that it’s that time of the season.. back to school shopping! We’ve gotten a head start on it here with baby arriving mid-August, right when school starts. As many of you know we’re fans of Kohl’s, so we’re excited to share with you Back to School with the Carter’s Collection at Kohl’s, for your back to school fashion needs.
My kids have been wearing pieces from the Carter’s collection at Kohl’s for years – they have incredibly cute and affordable pieces that range in size from newborn to size 8 & with having baby number five soon we’ve been in their clothing size range for 11 years now. I already have tons of pieces picked out once we find out what baby #5 gender is in a few more short weeks.

Each of my children have their own sense of style, especially as they get older, but my current youngest son and daughter know what they like and they refuse to wear anything else, so I loved when Carter’s had an extensive assortment of easy outfit sets, coordinated collections and ready-to-play shorts and tees for just about everyone from daycare to grade school. Perfect for what we were looking for as back to school season is in sight.

Being able to mix & match is absolutely essential, especially in the younger years. I love that Carter’s has an assortment of easy mix & match pieces whether it’s leggings and tops for girls, or shorts and tees for the boys. Everything my preschooler chose with me, can all be mixed and matched with each other, creating more looks, easy grab-and-go’s and adorable trendy in style looks. These woven tees are some of my favorites with a vintage inspired look & available in four different color/looks.

As a parent I like my children to look like children when they get dressed, yet feel confident and unique with their own sense of style. This guy watched his siblings play baseball from April – July and while shopping the Carter’s Collection at Kohl’s we were able to find just what he needed when it came to being a baseball fan. Not to mention adorable shorts that can be dressed up & down and mixed and matched.

As the colder weather settles in, let Carter’s keep your little one warm as well. The vintage inspired sweatshirts are some of my absolute favorites and are great for fall through spring! Don’t forget to shop Carter’s for pajamas, pajamas were some of our first purchases from Carters for comfort and style. I do recommend sizing up, as we have found that their apparel runs on the smaller side.

If you have a girl, then you’re going to get even more excited about what you can grab from Carter’s. So many absolutely adorable pieces, always a go-to brand of mine when a friend has a new baby girl. My daughter is at the top of the sizing chart (8) from Carter’s but just a taste of what they offer, great leggings and tops for all day comfort.
